Payment - Rose Cottage Quilts handles all payments through PayPal, an easy and secure way for you to make payments.  Your purchase will be shipped once the transaction clears my bank. 

Shipping - Items will be shipped via USPS.  If ordering three patterns or less they will be shipped First Class, if more than three patterns, they will be shipped Priority Mail in either the Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate Box.  For large wholesale quantites rates will be charged for actual shipping costs and may be shipped UPS.

Returns - Rose Cottage Quilts does not accept pattern returns.  I take great care to ensure that your pattern is correct and includes all the required elements.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me as I want this to be a blessing for you and not a frustration.
